Locked User ID – If your Mobile No/Email Address is updated in User Master
Your User ID will be locked if you key in the password wrongly for more than 5 times.
Please follow the steps below to unlock your User ID:
- Enter your New IC/Old IC and your Mobile No/Email Address.
- Click the Submit button.
- A temporary password will be sent to your Mobile No/Email Address.
Locked User ID – If your Mobile No/Email Address is not updated in User Master
